Keya commits defect free home handover to all their buyers. For this KEYA has implemented a pioneering, AI-based Quality Control (QC) system for a transparent and unbiased quality check process. We have engaged PropChk, an independent inspection agency utilizing qualified engineers, high-tech equipment, and processes designed with IIT Roorkee.

PropChk conducts a detailed, floor-to-ceiling inspection of each apartment against a 449+ checkpoint industry-standard checklist. Findings are documented with photographic evidence and compiled into a comprehensive report with actionable recommendations. All their identified snag points are addressed and their team reinspects each home and post closure of identified snag point, they issue their final report and certificate of quality. With this rigorous QC check process we could achieve a 98+% average QC rating on our previously completed project, “Around The Life.”
